Request the overview

If you have not submitted the overview form, return to the home page, enter your contact information, accept the required acknowledgments, and select “Watch the Overview.”

Follow-up questions

After you submit the form, Dean may contact you using the phone number or email address you provided. Reply directly through that conversation with questions about the overview or next steps.

If Dean originally invited you through text, email, or social media, you may also reply through that same conversation.

Website problems

If the form does not submit, confirm that all fields and both acknowledgments are complete. Refresh the page and try again using a current version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

When reporting a technical problem, include the approximate time, device, browser, and error message. Do not send passwords, private keys, account credentials, payment information, or identity documents.

Account safety

Dean and No Luck Needed do not need your sportsbook, banking, exchange, email, or social-media password. Never give anyone your login credentials or allow another person to operate an account in your identity.

Urgent financial or gambling concerns

Stop participating if the activity is causing financial hardship, loss of control, or distress. Contact the relevant platform's responsible-gaming resources or an appropriate qualified professional for assistance.
