Dean Mills.
My path has always come back to service, responsibility, and showing up for people. I served in the United States Air Force, then built a career helping organizations and clients solve problems across banking, real estate, and business development.
My greatest "why" behind everything I do, first and foremost, is to bring glory to God in all that I do. That "why" is closely followed up by my beautiful family. My wife, Jennel, and our four amazing children are the reason I care deeply about building more freedom, more choices, and a future shaped by faith and purpose instead of pressure; and I'm driving to help others who want to do the same.
I was drawn to No Luck Needed because it gives everyday people a practical, numbers-driven, mathematical process they can learn without needing to become sports experts. What matters most is patience, discipline, and a willingness to follow the steps.
Today, I help people understand the routine, get set up, avoid common mistakes, and stay consistent. You will have a real person to ask when something does not make sense—and a community beside you as you learn.
For me, this is bigger than an extra income stream. It is about learning a skill, following a repeatable, proven process, and using the opportunity to serve my family, my community, and help others do the same.
